Furthermore, we are not able to completely control the information you share with other users, therefore we recommend you don’t share any personal information about yourself with others such as your address or any financial information.

  1. SCAMMERS AND FAKE PROFILES

Scammers will go to great lengths to gain your interest and trust such as showering you with loving words, sharing apparent personal information and sometimes even sending you gifts. please avoid sharing your financial information with people you do not personally know.

It may take several months to build what may feel like the romance of a lifetime and can even pretend to book flights to visit you - but they never actually arrive. Scammers who succeed often try to convince people to directly or indirectly wire them money in various ways and therefore, don’t ever wire money to anyone you are not personally familiar with nor to anyone who claims to be in any kind of trouble and insists on getting your financial help.

To avoid scammers, we recommend you check the profile and entity of the user you are interacting with. We make best efforts to monitor our App but we do not perform any background check and disclaim any liability in these regards. We urge you to check if the user interacting with you has a real profile, do not share any personal or financial information, and most importantly report fake profile to us and to the Federal Trade Commission   (FTC) . We also recommend you to watch FTC’ video in this matter.

  1. BE SAFE AND TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS

As mentioned, avoid sharing your full name, home and email addresses, phone numbers, or any other sensitive information until you reach a close level of trust with the other user. Always try to make sure the profile picture of users you communicate with look realistic. Professional photos should be a red flag. Look for amateur photos - and check for more than one. Respect and trust your instincts. If you have doubts about prospective users who don't resemble their pictures, do not provide your full name, address and phone number until you have enough information about your prospective date.

If you suspect a user’s profile is fake- please do not hesitate to inform us of your suspicions or reporting directly to the Federal Trade Commission.
